BEYOND PILATES

I’m so excited to have Pilates in Beyond as I think it's so important to find a form of movement that you enjoy. Pilates can be such a great way to move your body, not only is it a workout and a great form of training in itself but it can really help compliment other forms of training. I can't wait for you guys to see the new classes that we have and I am over the moon to be introducing Katie as our new Pilates trainer! Katie originally trained as a professional dancer, but as she fell out of love with dancing, and found that some of her motivations were coming from the wrong places, through Pilates she rediscovered her love for fitness, and describes how this form of training helped heal her body both physically and in a deeper sense too.She has now been practising Pilates for over 10 years and teaching for 5, having undergone the 450 hour teacher training programme at Studio du Corps' in California, and is now here to help bring pilates to the beyond family!

How many journals are available?

We only have a very limited number of beyond journals available, so make sure to secure yours before they sell out!

What is the Beyond Journal Challenge?

The Beyond Journal Challenge is an intentionally reset programme created by Meggan Grubb. It helps you set long-term goals and track your progress across movement, nutrition, and mindset, with daily and weekly reflections to keep you accountable.

How can I participate in the Beyond challenge?

To take part in the Beyond challenge, follow these simple steps:

1. Purchase the Beyond Journal and App Membership: If you're not already a member, you can get a FREE journal with a one-year subscription.

2. Download the App: Access the app to follow the 8-week workout program.

3. Complete Your Challenge Journal: Use your journal throughout the 8 weeks to track your progress.

4. Enter the Prize Draw: Follow the instructions in your challenge journal at the end of the 8 weeks to be entered into our prize draw.

I don't want to buy a journal, can I still do the challenge?

Absolutely, our standard challenge experience is still available in the app, with the 8 week programme available for you to join and follow, however only users who purchase and complete their journal will be eligible to win the cash prize.
